E 2nd Avenue in Windermere FL

E 2nd Ave in the town of Windermere FL is located toward the north end of the town. E 2nd Avenue has only 8 residential properties on it. There is a commercial property on the corner that it shares with Main Street.

E 2nd Avenue has two homes on it that were built in 1958. One is just over 1,100 square feet and the other is just over 1,800 square feet. When I learned about them I could not help reflect on how much larger the homes are today than they used to be. Funny how now as a general rule the yards are actually smaller. Many of the homes in Windermere and on this street have yards at least 1/3 of an acre in size.

The East End

The eastern end of E 2nd Avenue runs into a row of homes on Lake Down. Most of the streets that are numbered and on the east side of Main Street only go two blocks. You will notice that about them as you drive around the town. The streets here are still a majority dirt roads. The city does use a small tractor with a roller to help make sure they stay smooth.

Living on this street is fairly unlikely. The residents here just do not or rather have not been selling their homes. That could always change and if it does reach out to us about E 2nd Avenue in Windermere FL.
