E 3rd Ave in north Windermere FL is north of the main body or most visited parts of Windermere. E 3rd Avenue is a fairly short street which runs east to west and the sign on Main Street is next to the Park Among The Lakes which many locals use regularly.

The road is not a paved or brick road like you can find in other parts of Windermere. It is instead a dirt road but a smooth one albeit a narrow one. If you drive down these streets and roads bring your manors and patience. This road also crosses over Oakdale Street and Magnolia Street which are both much longer streets.
