Lake Speer is a beautiful lake and large enough for planes to land or for you to spend the day boating on. The ramps that provide access to the lake are both privately held. One is in Eden Isle and the other is in Signature Lakes on the opposite side of the lake. Any home in this community has deeded access to the lake.

Another attractive feature of this community is just how quiet and off of the beaten path that it is. There are a few homes nearby but very few people drive here unless they live here or are delivering. Other than that, there is no need to pass through.
