Estancia in Windermere just may be Taylor Morrisons finest community. Estancia is located just north of Windermere Town on Maguire Road. The community is fairly noticeable although it is not a gated one. You will see it on the west side of Maguire and the only street in this community (with addresses) is Estancia Woods Loop.
Taylor Morrison builds fine homes. You can easily confuse the ones here with custom builds as they look incredible. In today’s world and real estate market the homes have to be done right if they are in this city. This is Central Florida's home of choice with world renowned golf courses and many popular Orlando area destination nearby. Not to mention convenient access to the Butler Chain.
There are only 50 home sites in Estancia at Windermere. The final home was completed in 2021. The floorplans vary from 3,300 to 5,600 square feet of just living space. Yard size can vary quite a bit but not everyone is interested in a large lawn. You will notice that the homes are situated in such a way that none of them are crowded up behind another home. Several are waterfront and many look over the preserve.
Living in Windermere can definitely spoil many people. Although living on a lake is really tough to beat the next best thing is living in a new home with plenty of space and creature comforts. This is what you find in Estancia. Windermere FL is 3 minutes away and a supermarket is about 5 minutes north on Maguire Road. Everything you need, everything you want can probably be found here.
