The Estates at Lake Clarice

The Estates at Lake Clarice is found in western Windermere FL. Right next to The Estates at Lake Clarice is Lake Clarice Plantation. Both are on the south side of Lake Butler Blvd about ¼ of a mile east of Winter Garden Vineland Road.

This is a rather small community compared to most in the city. There are only 19 homes and a couple of really nice lots remaining. The lots are larger than average and the homes are going to surprise many people. The entrance looks so non-discreet but that feeling passes as soon as you round the first corner. There is a large pond in the center with an appropriately sized fountain. This is not Lake Clarice though. Lake Clarice is actually on the south side.

The first of the homes was built in 2007. From there the construction times are rather spread out. Since there are still at least two nice lots available there is still hope if you are interested in new construction. The smaller homes which are on the north and west side around the pond are still over 3,000 square feet. Most residents of Windermere FL would be happy with any of these.
