Lake Clarice in Windermere FL

Lake Clarice is an actual lake in western Windermere FL. Lake Clarice is relatively small but untouched and mainly out of view. Most believe that Lake Clarice is the pond in an adjacent community. The pond to many is also more attractive.

Lake Clarice actually has three communities adjacent to it. Lake Clarice Plantation, The Estates at Lake Clarice and Bellaria. That is some fairly hefty real estate if you know Windermere. It's amazing that this lake was left so untouched. Expect to see some wildlife and native plants all along the shoreline of this local lake.

The Facts

This lake has only 8 acres of surface area and a lot of that is actually native lily pads and lake grasses. Last I noticed only one home had a dock on this lake. I hope this helps you understanding of Lake Clarice in Windermere FL.
