Lake Olivia Reserve is in northeast Windermere FL. Lake Olivia Reserve is one of the newer communities in this part of Windermere but it is rather small. It is gated and situated on the northeast shore of Lake Olivia. Weatherstone and Tuscany Ridge are nearby.
