Lake Roberts in Windermere FL

Lake Roberts in north Windermere FL is between two Windermere FL communities. Lake Roberts according to google maps is in Winter Garden but most of it's shoreline is definitely located in Windermere. Most of the homes along it are also in this city.

Lake Roberts is visible from McKinnon Road as you pass by Waterford Pointe and the Windermere Club's two gated sections. This lake and these communities are just about as far north in Windermere as you can go. The lake is absolutely gorgeous as you can see in the photo above. It is also spring fed and was very clear the last time I visited it. Most of the lakes are clear in Windermere. This one has no public boat launch. There is a boat launch/concrete ramp in Waterford Pointe.

Lake Roberts Statistics

Lake Roberts look bigger than what the county says that it is. Supposedly the lake has only 113 square acres of surface area. There is no maximum depth recorded but the reported mean depth is 15 feet. For example if 5 depth measurements are taken the middle one is referred to as the mean. So the lake has deeper locations.
