Magnolia Park of Windermere is located in western Windermere Florida. Magnolia Park is a gated community with only one entrance. The entrance is on the east side of Winter Garden Vineland Road across from Summerport and 2 miles south of the turnpike access and Winter Garden Village.
Magnolia Park is a community I once considered purchasing in. The roads are winding, the yards are large enough and many of the homes have open areas around them. It just seems like they should have worked the word “Estates” somewhere into the name.
These Windermere homes were built from 1995 to 2000. Many of Windermere’s finest communities were built around that same time as that was a real estate boom time here in Central Florida.
Magnolia Park does not have much for amenities. There just is not a real need for them with homes like these and the resources that you have within a 5-minute drive. LA Fitness is just one of several fitness centers within 5 minutes and all but 1 of 32 homes here have their own private pool. The Winter Garden Village is minutes north and there is a LA Fitness there. Braddock Park is also nearby. Windermere homes always seem to be nearby conveniences.
When buyers look for a home, most will at least want to know about commuting for distance traveling purposes. Although many Windermere residents work from home or work locally, we all take trips or have family visit. Magnolia Park is less than 5 minutes from the local turnpike.
