Mortgages, most of us will eventually have one. Mortgage used to be defined as death contract. Now mortgage has a much more palatable definition probably thanks to some banks influence. Mortgages can be complicated. To make it even worse we so seldom have experience with them we have to trust banks and loan officers to guide us to what is best. My opinion, banks never do things for you, they do things to you. You can do much better with the best mortgage loan officer available. I know who that is and I will refer you to her when you reach out to us about any future mortgage.
