Manors in Windermere FL is a non-gated community located on Park Avenue just west of Windermere Elementary School. This community is still an attractive one and I have assisted several people in finding their home here.

The Manors at Butler Bay is the actual name of the community. The Manors has been around for quite some time. The first home here was built in 1987 and they were all built by 1999. You will find wells and septic tanks in this community. That is just the way it used to be done. Most people have no problem with these systems and the are still used all over America. A good inspection is necessary but we can assist with that.

Those roads, what a beautiful place to drive through. Large shade trees seem to be everywhere and inviting you to take a walk on those cool summer evenings.  Most of the homes here are in really good shape and because of the location it may well be worth updating one of these homes.
