W 5th Ave in Windermere FL is located near the center of the town. W 5th Ave is found on the west side of the northernmost roundabout in the town. You will likely be turning here to visit the Windermere FL Farmers Market or possibly dine at one of the café's some day. If you are on Main Street and see red umbrellas just turn toward them But parking there is for patrons only.

W 5th Avenue is is kind of like a turning point. There are only 5 residences on this street and the most interesting things on this street are visible from Main Street. Namely the basketball courts which have people playing on them every day. Directly across the street from them are the many red umbrellas drawing your attention to the local businesses. The most well known is the Dixie Cream Café'. The rest you can see in person some day.

The Residences

The homes on this short street are very few. The oldest was built back in 1938 and has an interesting history but I need to keep that to myself. If it hits the market at some point I will share it with whomever wants to purchase it. This street is also a fairly narrow one so be careful when you pass through W 5th Ave in Windermere FL.
