Windermere Reserve is a non-gated community located in east Windermere FL. The only entrance to this neighborhood is on Conroy Windermere Road near the easternmost entrance to Isleworth and The Grove Shopping Center.

Windermere Reserve is one of those communities that once you get inside you wonder why it is not gated. However, there is very little traffic in the community because most people on Conroy Windermere Road have a specific destination.

The Community

The community itself is gorgeous and well shaded. 9 of the homes are lakefront homes and have shoreline on Lake Down. Lake Down is of course a member of the local chain of lakes you will hear so much about here. We highly suggest you get out there and enjoy them with friends.

The Homes

These homes are a little older but still elegant and in good condition as far as the ones I have been in. It will be challenging to catch one for sale as there are so few of them. Opening your horizons to Sunset Bay which is on the west side of this neighborhood will more than double your chances and the communities are very similar.
